Wakebridge Manor Creamery

We produce two sheep's cheeses from our own flock here on the family farm.

"Wakebridge"

A clothbound, pressed sheep's milk cheese that is close textured, creamy and savoury with a hint of sweetness. We mature the cheese on wood in five and a half kilogram rounds.

"Wakebridge Blue"

A sheep's milk blue cheese made in a traditional way. It is savoury and rich with lovely blue veins throughout. We mature the cheese on wood with a natural rind.

"Derwent"

A cloth-bound Derbyshire cow's milk cheese made with local Peak District milk. Creamy, smooth with a savoury richness. We mature the cheese on wood in five and a half kilogram rounds.

"Derwent Blue"

A medium strength blue cheese with a creamy texture. Made with cow's milk from the Derwent valley.
